U.S. orders generally take 24-48 hours to be processed.
U.S. Postal Service is our preferred carrier. All orders
will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Express Shipping Charges — For
an additional $10.00 we offer 2-DAY delivery via U.S. Postal
Service, which may ship the next business day if your order
is placed before 10AM Eastern.
For an additional $15.00 we offer overnight delivery, order must be placed before 10AM Eastern Time, Monday – Thursday.
Additional Charges
for Shipping to Canada — All orders shipped
to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge
based on the amount of the purchase plus an additional
$30.00 for customs. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot
be expedited. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped
UPS Ground.
International Credit Cards and International Shipping — All International orders must ship to the credit card holders billing address in the name of the credit card holder or in the name of the credit card holder. Sorry, No exceptions. All International orders will require additional shipping charges that can only be calculated once the order is received and approved for processing. Additional shipping charges will be based on weight and final destination.
Payments
We accept Visa and Master Card.
All Paris Essentials prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. For more information, email bestservice@paris-essentials.com.
Sales Tax — Sorry to all NY residents, but the law requires you to pay sales tax on all merchandise (NY 8.63%). All those residing elsewhere pay no tax.
Return/Exchange Policy — All purchases up to $45 per item made at http://www.paris-essentials.com are final. For purchase from $46.00 (per item) and above, our return policy is full exchange or credit within 14 days of returning the item.
Re-Shipment
Policy — Any
order returned and re-shipped due to incorrect or incomplete
address information, or customer not available for delivery, will
have a minimum $20.00 re-shipment fee applied to original
order amount, which must be paid prior to order re-shipment.
If returned order is canceled upon return, a $10.00 U.S.
Postal Service return shipment fee and re-stocking fee
will be subtracted from credit amount.
Cancellations and Returns — Our system has been automated to finalize sales once they are confirmed by the customer and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, as all orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
Backorders — You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your basket. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment
